FAQ

  • We are currently seeing patients both in-person and online.

  • We are! We plan to start seeing a limited number of patients as of September 2022, with additional availability in October 2022. Please get in touch with the clinic for further inquiries.

  • Patients are asked to make their payments via e-transfer to their clinician. After your session, you will receive a receipt for the service, which you can use for reimbursement purposes.

Depending on which clinician you are seeing, your insurance company may provide coverage for your sessions. Check with your insurance provider whether they provide coverage to work with a psychologist or other allied mental health professionals.

  • We do! Currently, Dr. Peloquin works with Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), and Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) members.

VAC and RCMP members are typically eligible for direct billing for their sessions if they have coverage. If you are unsure if you qualify for coverage, contact your institution or case manager if you have one.

  • Currently, we are seeing patients Mondays through Thursdays.

  • Video recording is optional for patients. We ask patients if they are comfortable with clinicians recording sessions so we can review sessions, and receive supervision on how we provide psychotherapy to improve our outcomes.

  • We have noticed that some of our email messages are redirected to individuals’ spam/junk mail folders. We use secure email servers, so if you are unsure if your message has been received, or is from our clinic, feel free to reach out via our Contact form or call the clinic’s voice mail at 1-888-602-8997.
